FAQ

Straight answers

What exactly am I buying?

Views on short-form clips that carry your brand. You pick a format — a logo bug that stays on screen, or a short video placement cut into the clip — and a number of views. Clippers post on TikTok, Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts until the views are delivered.

How do you count views?

Every clip link is logged against your campaign and we read the view count the platform shows publicly. Your weekly report lists each clip, its link and its views so you can open and check any of them yourself.

How fast can a campaign go live?

Once we have your brief, logo and payment, we aim to have the first clips posted within 72 hours. Larger weekly packages ramp up over the first few days.

Who are the clippers?

Kenyan creators who already post clips — football, comedy, music, street interviews. Each one applies, is reviewed by us, and is approved before they can join any paid campaign.

Can I control what my brand appears next to?

Yes. Tell us categories to avoid in the brief and we will only brief clippers whose content fits. We review every submitted clip before it counts toward your views.

How do I pay?

By M-PESA for now. After you send a brief we confirm the quote, then you pay to the number shown and share the confirmation code. Card and Paybill checkout are on the way.

How do clippers get paid?

Each campaign shows its rate per 1,000 views before you join. Approved clips earn that rate, earnings appear in your dashboard, and payouts go to your M-PESA number.
